What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) was developed by founder Gary Craig and is a cutting edge energy therapy technique that uses the same meridian energy system as is used in acupuncture. Instead of stimulating the points using needles, energy blockages are removed by tapping with the fingers on the Chinese acupressure points.
Tapping on the designated points on the face and body is combined with verbalising the identified problem followed by a general affirmation phrase. Using the EFT techniques in this way balances the energy system and helps to relieve psychological stress and physical pain. Restoring the balance of the energy system allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities.
